In-person contract signing is mandatory

In accordance with Belgian law in force, the domiciliation contract must be signed in person at our offices.

This legal requirement ensures the compliance of your contract and allows the domiciliation address to be physically verified. An appointment will be scheduled after your AML file has been validated.

We carry out the mandatory anti-money laundering verification (3-5 business days) to validate your file.

In-person contract signing

Mandatory: Once your file has been validated, you must come to our centre at 112 Avenue Louise, 1050 Brussels to sign the domiciliation contract.

Belgian legal requirement: Physical signing at the domiciliation centre is mandatory in accordance with current regulations. Allow 15-30 minutes for this formality.

Is domiciliation legal in Belgium?

Yes, business domiciliation is perfectly legal in Belgium. We are an accredited domiciliation centre and comply with all legal and regulatory obligations.

Do I need to travel to sign the contract?

Yes, absolutely. Belgian legislation requires that the domiciliation contract be signed in person at the domiciliation centre.

This legal obligation allows the existence and compliance of the domiciliation address to be physically verified. An appointment will be arranged after your file has been validated. Signing only takes 15-30 minutes.

Can I domicile several companies?

Yes, you can domicile several companies at the same address. Our mobile app allows you to easily manage several companies from a single account.

How does mail management work?

We receive your mail, scan it and forward it to you via our mobile app. You receive real-time notifications for important documents.

What is AML verification?

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification is a legal obligation that allows us to verify the identity of our clients and the legitimacy of their activities. This process takes 3-5 business days.

Can I terminate my domiciliation contract?

Yes, you can terminate your domiciliation contract with one month's notice. We will assist you with the address change procedures if necessary.
